Hi guys, I'm selling my boat. Unfortunately, I never have time to use her. She can definitely use a little work, but I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I had the all of the gaskets changed as well as a new water pump in the md2b. It runs like a champ. It does have surface blisters on the bottom, none into the fiberglass though. I hauled it last year and only had time to put a few coats of Micron 33 on the bottom. She sails great as is, but I would recommend replacing the standing rigging in the next year or two. There is a really nice genoa, solid working jib, a good main and a spinnacker that I have never used. The cockpit sole had a soft spot, I drilled a few holes and injected them with west system. I haven't had a problem since, but it probably is a temporary fix. I just replaced all of the interior cushions. I have new stanchions, it has none at the moment, they need to be put up. I bought a really nice old Avon dingy with a wood floor. The water system works well. There is no holding tank, the head is set up to pump overboard. Not that I have ever done that. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I think that is the bulk of things. The bright work could use some elbo grease. The bottom is cleaned every two months. All in all, I love the boat and hate to part with her. She is docked in Palm Coast FL.
I'm asking $8000 obo.
pm me for pics and more info.
Have a great day!
