I have been offered a 23? cape dory sailboat of reported 68 vintage.
Is there such a boat? there appears to be a longer stern counter than in the profiles pictued here.

Take a look at the Sea Sprite 23 at the web location listed below.
See if it is the boat. It is also a Carl Alberg boat which he designed in 1957. The boat shown is a 1981 but the bull shape, etc. should be similiar. It will not be identical because of later cockpit changes.
