Supplier for cutlass bearing

Post by DaveCD28 »

Hi all,

Well, Alaina is hauled out and on the hard. Biggest issue is cutlass bearing need replaced.

Where is a good place to order one from?

The size is 1" x 1.25" x 3", right?

Thanks!

I don't see that exact size but they have them close here:

Note that these have non-metallic sleeves.

Morse Blackfish

The cutless bearing for your boat should be the Morse Blackfish (1" x 1 1/4" x 4"). You can Google that, you'll get lots of hits and can shop by best price. West Marine charges more than double than what you'd pay elsewhere. I purchased one a couple years ago from Boatman's I-Net Marine.
