Hello! What is your asking price? Trailer included? Condition of deck? Any known issues that need attention? Photos available?

I am asking $3500. There is no trailer, she is up on jack stands in my backyard. The deck is sound with no soft spots. I purchased the boat for the 2007 season and made a few repairs that year, then replaced the plumbing and standing rigging for the 2008 season. With exception of the gunwale, all teak has been removed and sanded to bare wood then varnished. I ended up purchasing a SeaSprite 28 and the Typhoon now waits for her next owner to take her back to the water. She is covered now, but I can uncover this weekend and take a few photos.
