CD 25 Mast Extrusion Lenght?

Does anybody know the "stock" mast extrusion lenght for the 1977 CD25. I read the specs for the '81 boat from this board. It says the mast height is 31 1/2. I assume this is from the waterline. It looks like from the waterline to the step is somewhere between 4'& 5'. However, I'd like to be exact before I make the cut. Thanks for any information.

Although I have not measured personally, the rig database shows i=27.60 ft. Which makes sense as there is about 4 ft to DWL from the coach roof. You can find the database at :
