Hi Greg,
You're on the right track.
If the URL for an image ends with one of the following file extensions, use the [Img] tags. If it doesn't, use the [URL] tags.
.jpg
.gif
.png
Your URL does end in one of those file extensions. So, using your mouse pointer, highlight/select the entire URL (after copy/pasting it into your message posting) then click on the [Img] button.

I got it.
I was highlighting the URL in the browsers address bar. this time I right clicked the image and went properties and got the url from there
