4 strokes for CD25

I need a new motor. I'd appreciate knowing what 4 strokes people have put in their CD 25's and any modifications they have had to make to fit them in.

I need a new motor. I'd appreciate knowing what 4 strokes people have put in their CD 25's and any modifications they have had to make to fit them in.

I tried to fit a '94 (grey) Honda in Solace, but the fit was too tight so I went with a Suzuki 6hp 2-stroke. There some on this message board who have done it though.
I have a friend here who has a Honda 5hp 4-stoke. He loves it. It fits easily in his CD25 motor well. It also pushes him just fine in the strong Cape Fear River Inlet currents and is easily removed & stowed for sailing.
