How much will I be looking to 'burn' when replacing the present sails on a CD 30' Ketch ? Also, if I wanted, approx. how much to convert to a roller furling jib - sail and furler ( to replace the club-foot )?
Is that switch from club foot to roller furling ( or even a standard, non roller furling 135 or 150 jib ) considered a benefit in terms of ease and speed ? How, if at all, will the larger jib affect the performance of the boat ? What is recommended ?
