Hi Folks,
Just in case anyone's interested, we just finished adding an extra 12 feet of stainless to our bow pulpit. She now has a very strong pulpit and is ready for the future addition of a second life line. Because of her oversized bowsprit and double ground tackle, I designed the lower section to follow the same radius as the top. This leaves ample room for tending to anchors and maneuvering around the head stay. This was (to best of my knowledge) the original pulpit and a couple of mounting brackets had already separated from the tubing. Here are before and after pictures:
