Hi Jerry,
After you past the URL for a photo into your posting, select/highlight the entire URL and only the URL, then click on the "Img" button; click in only once. Clicking on the "Img" button will surround the URL with the appropriate "Img" tags.
You're almost there, so try it again. (Don't forget -- you can edit your posting anytime after you've added it to the message board. So if you make a mistake, you can go back and fix it.)
