Would like to replace the present teak hand rails with stainless rails. Any one know where these may be available?

I believe the choices would be to have a boat yard fabricate welded rails for you, or to buy stainless tubing and the fittings (tees, stanchion bases, etc.) and put it together yourself. This works pretty well, particularly if you can use long lengths of tubing run through tees, rather than joining lots of short lengths.Would like to replace the present teak hand rails with stainless rails. I don't recall whether you already have stainless supports holding up the teak - if so, then putting fittings and steel tubing on top should not be hard at all. Otherwise throughbolting the bases becomes necessary. Maybe you can even find someplace to bend corners in the tubing for you. West Marine carries a full line of the parts and railings.
