Mine too. Not surprising after 27 years!

Does any one have any thoughts on a new one? weight of cloth? Length of battens? Best price?

I'm ordering a new one in Challenge 5.6 oz "High Aspect" Dacron, tapered battens with full length top batten. I got quotes via email from about 10 different lofts and prices ranged from $450 up to $700.
