What I Read Into Dick's Post

I took another slant when I read Dick's remark.

What I got out of it was that Dick was being rather self deprecative of his efforts to be informative. That maybe he felt that when he attempts to be instructive, he bolluxes up the whole ball of wax. Au contraire.

My intent isn't to make this into a mutual adoration society, but there is no other way to say this but to say it.

Dick B. is one of the most level headed contributors to the board. He certainly doesn't go off half cocked. I have noticed that through the years, Dick did his homework before he commented on any subject, and when he said something, you could bet the farm on it.

Dick has always been a gentleman. Actually, he tends to be a peacemaker when things get a little testy among us.

Well, on second thought, let me recant some of the praise that is being heaped on him. If you pay attention to some of his posts, I mean really, really pay attention, the observant reader can detect little wisps or traces of well camouflaged zingers interspersed within his Irenic words of wisdom. Sometimes, I think that Dick has a Mona Lisaesque half smile when he is yanking someones chain.

It's a possibility.
I think that I'll go and dig myself a hole of my own.

Joe,

OJ got it right. I was just trying to be funny.

Now I've got to spend the rest of the morning trying to figure out what OJ actually said about me! :D :D Man that guy is deep.
