31 Cape Dory - 33 Cape Dory

Interested in looking inside a 31 and a 33 Cape Dory (sail) with the hope of owning one someday soon. We live in Middletown, New York and are more than willing to take a weekend trip to see one. Have been looking on the internet sites, have general info, but have not had the opportuniy to get inside one to see how she feels. In or out of the water would be fine. Thank you much !
