Cape Dory 10 for sale by original owner's family: #648, purchased in 1969. Has been in barn storage since the 1980s (replaced by inflatable as cruising boat tender). Hull, spars, rudder and center board in fair/good condition - need to be cleaned up but fundamentally sound. Original sail as is - rar...
