Thanks. It was too corroded to take a good picture but it I think it is likely an anchor locker vent. Now I have to find a replacement. Mine was glued on. This is for a CD30.

Beautiful day on the water in Oxnard, last Saturday... About 75 degrees... Close to 15 knots... Little swell in the ocean...
