My diver just told me that my cutlass bearing is failed or failing. Any help at all on replacement of the bearing would be most appreciated.

Yep. According to the surveyor the original equipment was removed or replaced...I won't be sure until I can get to the boat in person which should happen on Tuesday when I take possession. I will be back with a picture then.
