I'd like to install an anchor light and can think of a couple of possibilities. One would be a mast-top installation, which would require dropping the mast... etc. Another would be to install a pole on the aft end of the boat (25D) for the radar reflector, a GPS unit, and a powered anchor light. Any tips on eliminating leaking from my bronze ports (25D)? Silicone spray? A new gasket kit? My port cushion keeps getting wet when I'm away from the boat, and I'm having a mildew issue (as a result, I think). The ports are the biggest culprit so far...

I plan on installing a solar-powered vent on the cabin-top of my 25d this winter. I'm thinking of putting it on the port side (just off center-line), aft of the mast. Any tips/suggestions/things I need to know?
