I live in South FL and had Mack Sails in Stuart FL install mine. They may be able to make you up a set to install on your own. They are great. They also installed their Mack Pack sail cover integrated with the lazy jacks. It is awesome.

I just stepped the mast on my recently acquired CD25. If you have a couple strong guys, it's no problem. I found pulling on the jib halyard was a nice insurance policy but not really necessary. Good thoughts. Thanks. Yes, there seems to be a steel plate spanning the cabin ceiling/deck. The steel isn't stainless unfortunately. It's sandwiched between fiberglass so it's tough to say how rotted the steel is without some major cutting.
