I have a tohatsu 6 sailpro. Mercurys are rebranded tohatsu with a few minor non mechanical changes. They are simple reliable motors. Other than 25 inch shaft nothing special about them. Same 2.15 gear case. No reason to buy merc unless you want to spend more money. I like mine but I would traded for...

I have a Norvane Windvane Model 12 for sale. It is 3 years old, installed and used one time on a shakedown cruise by previous owner who sold the boat to me.
