Re: Ladder for CD 27

Thanks Roberto,
I have looked at their website and they do look like great ladders.
I'm trying to get something a little less expensive. May have to go with them but not till next season.

Ladder for CD 27

Hello, Looking for a folding boarding ladder to bolt to the transom of my CD 27. Seems this may have been a factory option, local 28 and 30 " came with the ladder". An OEM ladder would be ideal but looking for one that will work. Thinking maybe someone is parting out a 27 although I don't ...

Re: Removing Old Painted Boat Name & Hailing Port from the S

I have used the vinyl lettering offered by several companies on line.
You can design your name and hailing port is many fonts and colors.
Easy to follow directions come with them and results on three boats have been excellent. Just take your time.

Compare companies for prices, they very widely.

Re: Companion way sliding hatch

Thank you gentlemen for the replies.

Upon closer inspection it looks like there may be the remainder of holes where screws were in times past.
So I will make up some rubber or wood blocks to install as shown in the photo.

Thanks so much.

Companion way sliding hatch

Greetings, The sliding companionway hatch on my new to me CD 27 will slide right out into the cockpit if you keep pulling. There must have been some kind of stop originally, can someone chime in? My thought is to drill a vertical hole in each slide and drop in a clevis pin. This would stop it from s...

Bomar hatch parts

Greetings,

Just a quick question. On 77 CD 27, is Bomar hatch a series 100? Looks like it by pictures but can't find a number on hatch. Would like to confirm before I order parts.

Thanks

Re: Will table from 28 fit 27?

Yes I'm sure. It is a "half" table constructed for one pedestal sometime in the past. I'd love to install the folding type table. I'll keep looking.
Thanks for the reply

Re: CD 25, #622 to be PARTED OUT

I'm looking for a folding dinette table for my 27. Does your boat have a folding or pedestal dinette table?

Thanks,

Re: Teak source

I've got a couple of damaged spots on my rubrail, CD 27, hoping to scarf in a couple of new pieces. I don't know if dimensions are the same as yours but I bet you'll have a few feet of undamaged rail. If dimensions are the same, Id love to take them off your hands for cost of handling and shipping. ...

New owner CD 27

Out of curiosity, I'm compiling a list of differences between the years of 27 production. Early hull #35 1977 No teak eyebrow. Pedestal table not folding. Blue nonskid. Not tan. Fiberglass cabin sole, not teak and holly Was there a bowsprit option? Yanmar YSM8. What other differences are there? Anyt...

Hi Fred,

Nice talking to you the other day.

Boat sure is pretty. A level of Bristolness(?) to strive for.

Looking for owner of CD 28 maybe 30 cockpit cushions.

Greetings all, Several weeks ago I was contacted by a gentleman who was willing to sell his cockpit cushions from his 28 or 30. I had to measure my 27 to see if they would fit. I have lost your contact info, computer memory was wiped. You had your boat at Brewers Hawthorne Cove in Salem MA. Hope you...
