Re: CD28 for sale in SF BAY area. $22,000 OBO New Engine!
I found an eight minute video I made of the boat in december when I was trying to convince my girlfriend how fun it would be to sail somewhere. So I can email it to anyone interested. It shows everything on the boat.

Re: CD28 for sale in SF BAY area. $22,000 OBO New Engine!
I should mention that for those looking, I will take a street motorcycle for partial trade. I'm pretty open, but a crotch rocket for lack of a better term. And R1, R6, newer ninja, ducati, BMW.....

Re: CD28 for sale in SF BAY area. $22,000 OBO New Engine!
Thanks! My only problem is that I had to move to the next state over so I'm trying to figure out the best way to sell it. Has anyone ever came across a situation like this?

Re: How much should I sell my 28 for?
Ok, what have you guys seen them sell for? Do you think listing right at 20 and being flexible on what I will take would make for a quick sale? As in by the end of april?

Re: How much should I sell my 28 for?
Thanks. So I could ask 20, and if I had too, go down to the upper teens and that would probably sell quickly? I'm just tired of paying slip fees and insurance for a boat I stopped using. Plus the longer it sits the worse shape it will be in. Right now it is immaculate. But if I don't use it the next...

Re: How much should I sell my 28 for?
Well, I'm not worried about getting the money back from the Beta. I know that isn't how boats work, you don't get back what you paid for upgrades. I spent a lot on the electronics too, but I won't get that. Someone will get a nice boat, just like I did. The torqueedo isn't there anymore. Originally,...

CD28 for sale in SF BAY area. $22,000 OBO New Engine!
I bought her two years ago and just aren't getting to use her as much as I want. I've tried to research fair prices but they seem to not have many for sale and the prices vary wildly. I would like to sell pretty quickly, like in a month or two. Here is what it has. New Beta 20hp Diesel with Vari pro...

Want to buy: cd28 stove and port screens
Previous owner took out the alcohol stove from my 1980 CD28. What was it? Someone told me an Origo 4100? The hole is about 22.5" x 12.5" so anything that will fit. I am also missing three porthole screens. Let me know what you have that you can part with. And what you would like in return....

Re: Good Old Boat review of CD 27'
I thought it was a decent review and fair. The author didn't get to sail in more th an light air, so didn't really get to feel the power and strength. The two biggest benefits in my mind. The interior review was fair. It does lack storage space. If you look back about a year when I first got my boat...

Re: My alignment is off?
It is happening under power. You're right, I wouldn't be able to tell if,it's official under sail because it is always pulling with weather helm or some force.

Re: FAR REACH UNDER SAIL
That's one thing here in California compared to Washington, everybody sails. They don't know the concept of motoring.
Kick ass boat. Is it one of the best 36's in existence?
