Thanks for your tip Paul. I had not considered using heat in combination with pressure. Sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately, the boat is parked at my mom's, about 3 hours away. A few more pics.




The pics all show the port quarter, where the damage is the worst. The stbd qtr also has the same deformation, but not as bad.
I think i'm in for a long journey to get her back in the water :/
