Portlight Frames
I just removed the old portlights from my boat, and they were held in by a system using just a rubber gasket and what appears to be automotive trim, a system which I am not eager to reuse. However, because of this, these windows lack a proper wooden frame. I am willing to use either wooden or alumin...

Formula 27- Quick Question
I'm doing a lot of hull and deck repairs with Formula 27 filling compound, which a guy at the marine store recommended. I'm wondering, though, is it waterproof? Or do I need to seal it with gelcoat resin? I loathe gelcoat resin, and would like to paint directly on the filling compound if possible.

All the decal companies online don't seem to be able/willing to just accept a design through e-mail and print it out on a decal sheet. Does anyone know any place I can send my design to be m...

Hmm. How strange. Either the year is wrong or its built off of 25 plans. It definitely has the 25D keel design, though.

Restoration project... plans available?
Hello, everyone. I recently purchased what the previous owner called a "Super Cape Dory", which appears to be a custom built 25D with a gasoline engine instead of diesel. It cost $1200, which says something about the condition it's in. It's become my main project, and now, a week into it, ...
