In the cabin of my CD25, there is a teak floor board that lifts to view the bilge. Around the teak board the floor when I step on it seems to give slightly. Is this common? Should there be wood supporting the floor underneath? Should I be worried about this?

I would like to install lazy jacks on my CD25. Do you have specific instructions on how to do it and what I need?
