Can a sailboat older than 1990 still travel through Florida?
If the answer to that question is yes, then can someone recommend an up to date cruising guide that can help me navigate the regulations and marine industry that has conspired to keep us out?

Actually Kevin, I cut away part of the shelf below the galley sink and installed a new seacock there. I used the old seacock to supply a pump that provides a deck wash and cockpit shower.
