I'd recommend Peter Hunt. He surveyed our CD 27 in Marion last year. Great guy, very thorough and reasonably priced. He also used to work as a builder for Cape Dory so he knows them inside and out. He is based in MA and might be willing to travel to the Vineyard. http://www.huntmarinesurvey.com/
