The Cape Dory Board

I recently noticed that the Bristol Corinthian 19.5 looks very similar to the Typhoon. It looks like it may have an engine well, similar to the Ty Senior. The cockpit looks like the Ty Daysailor's. I've heard that there maybe a relationship between the Ty and the Corinthian. What do you think?

I am looking for a Typhoon Weekender or Daysailor (cubby cabin model), prefer one with a trailer, but will consider all possibilities. Project boats are not out of the question! Please contact me if you have one or have any leads on one.
