Hi Peter; I have devised a nice way to step a tabernacle mast and mades a s2x4 stern crotch for carrying the mast on her trailer. would be glad to share them with you if you like. You can do it all single handed, using the mainsheet blocks for lowering raising/lowering, and vee harnesses on the gunw...

does anyone have intimate knowledge of stepping the mast on a Cape Dory 25, or have any comments about it. I'm ready.
