I have a typhoon daysailer fully open cockpit version. In fact, I pulled it out of the water for the first time to inspect the bottom and to get an estimate on refurbishment. I assume you are looking to buy.

The teak (toerail?) needs to be replaced and the fiberglass has some cracks (some pretty significant.) Also, it has a Georgia Red clay problem. Maybe a new bottom. The standing rigging is OK but could use a tuneup. It is at my house but is in the water. I bought a trailer but haven't put it on it ye...

...a seven year old, a nine year old, a full time job and an 8 day a month Naval Reserve job.... I figured I could refurbish the typhoon or stay married. Divorces are more expensive than boat repair (I think).

OJ, I have been pretty discouraged by its current state and it did cross my mind (selling it and starting over). But I think I want to see if I can find someone to do some work on it.
