No, no interfaces, Ladybug is pretty bare bones.
It works well for me, I use it for those days when I have to motor a decent distance.
Not having interfaces keeps me paying attention, I'm less likely to wind up doing something stupid (easy enough w/o help).

tiller pilot
Yes I have one, I haven't used it this season (barely use it all), IIRC the extending arm will swivel. I mounted the outboard "pin" end on the starboard cockpit locker lid w/ a backing of wood. the pin on the tiller is roughly at the mid point (or 1/3) of the tiller length (pretty close to...

My 28 has occasionally gone faster than 6.3 kts, whatever that means, but it does make me happy, which is all I care about.

Ladybug's Jib Track
Stan,
Here is a photo I have handy. The sheets go to a turning block on the toe rail then to the cockpit winches. Otherwise they will chafe on the coaming.

CD28 Cutter rig
If you want to use the club boom & sail behind the roller furled sail on the forestay, I think you would need a second removable stay (solent stay?). As you noted, it will have to clear the roller drum. The club jib would be hanked onto this new removable stay. You may need the jib sail re-cut a...

CD 28 holding tank
Todd,
FWIW- my '77 CD28 (#125) came to me with the v-berth water tank and a water tank under each settee and a flexible holding tank under the small "seat" in the v-berth.

Very nice John,
A couple of years ago I pulled my Farymann out using a boom derrick to lift from the cockpit sole up/out & over the stanchions. Did it early one Sunday morning so I could clean up any mishaps before any else arrived in the yard!
