Some sorry news, my CD 30, Munin, was at the Watergate on pier 13. I left her bow in on the third slip in, and she ended up halfway down the pier on top on another boat, bow out, with her bow and stern (doubled up) lines still attached. Apparently the whole pier gave way, and piled up all the boats ...

All, I just had this problem on my new CD30. The old muffler had rusted out, apparently due to an oversized line running to the muffler. My shipyard could not find any commercial replacement (including Spartan) to fit the space, so I am now waiting for a machine shop to fab up a new one. It should b...

Thanks to all for the great advice. I have now expanded my search considerably, and have settled into a longer time horizon and trying to do this correctly. This is a wonderful board and community!
